Yes, all new agent can register online and gain access to the Nirvana Learning Management System and benefited from the system.
After submission of agent application form,, you will get your name tag. Please allow up to 24 hours upon receiving the LMS card to redeem your free access key to LMS.
Is simple, go to the home page, courses are listed in the training calendar, click on the interested item in the calendar will lead you to the course registration page. Or, go to the courses page, click on the EDM / topic that you are interested to join, it will lead you to the course registration. Two simple steps to get registered. Step one, just click the button to book the course in the LMS. Step two, click on the webinarjam registration link on the same page, just fill in basic personal information and make necessary payment (if applicable), the process is completed, all you need to do is log in with the course link provided after the registration to enter to the online training webinar. The course link will be sent to your registered email address for your easy access. Friendly reminder: please use same email address and your full name according to your IC for webinarJam registration to ensure that the system able to recognize your identity, please take note that you might be rejected by the system during the online training if you did not complete 2 steps registration above.
Yes, it is. You will be notified that the registration is closed when the offered seats are all taken up for the training.
No, all materials (video / slides/ chart / photo) used in a training is only for internal use and not for circulation unless announced so.
Public can only access to those public seminars. Yes, they can log in as non-agent to access to these items and get registered for the seminars.

Yes and No. The access to any online system need to pay a certain amount of membership fees or system subscription fees. Each user shall pay a subscription fees of RM 120 per year for the LMS system. However, as an introductory stage, the company has decided to waive the LMS for existing agents and new agents in year 2020.
No worry, the LMS is designed for a simple password recovery control. Just click on the Forgot Password button in the login page and follow the instructions given.
There is strictly no refund in the event that the agent unable to make it for the training registered.
The payment gateway is designed to follow stringent security and certificate protocols with an authentication process that requires the OTP password in the payment process to discourage third-party interception.
Yes, to enroll in the agent-ship examination, there is an exam processing fees of RM30. The good news is, for a newly recruited agent, the first time examination fees is free of charge as a welcoming benefit for a new agent.

Star Points is the virtual token that the LMS system is using for a user to pay for course fees and attend a training.
No worry, you can always online purchase and top up Star Points, or make online payment by using credit cards.
Good question. Yes, free welcome Star Points will be expired in 12-month time upon the issuance date. However Star points that you purchased or earned (reward Star Points) will not.
There are three types. Welcome Star Points 1200 points is given to you FOC when you first joined LMS. Reward Star Points are points that you collected after completed a training in the LMS. Purchased Star Points are the points you online purchased.
Just login to LMS, your Star Points summary is displayed in the MyAcc page for your reference.
If you have downlines at other branches and would like to know what are the training arrangement at the branch, you can go to the LMS home page where the training calendar is displayed, just select the name of the branch on the pull down menu, the calendar will be shows the training accordingly.
We encourage you to attend live online training, therefore no replay function is designed in the LMS. However, for some products and services training, we do upload the training videos in the LMS Training Library for your easy reference at your convenience.
Although LMS able to display training arrangement at all branches, however, we can only enroll for courses organized by your home branch. For courses that are categorized as nationwide level, yes, we are allowed to enroll even though that the course is organized by other branches.
As a measure to encourage a healthy learning culture, starting in 2021, all Nirvana agents shall attend at least 20 lessons in a year. Upon expiry of your welcome Star Points, those who had accumulated at least 20 training records will be issued another 1200 renewal Star Points. For those who failed to attend at least 20 classes in a year, no Star Points will be issued.
