Accessing and downloading Official Receipts (OR)

Customers can access and download Official Receipts for each Nirvana product payment transaction via MyNirvana (for detailed instructions, please click on the video link).

What can the customer do if there are any changes on their debit or credit card instalment details?

Customers are advised to contact the nearest Nirvana branch or site office or email car_admin@nvasia.com.my  to request for the Direct-Debit Authorization Form. Fill up the form with the relevant details and then submit the completed form to the same email address.

How to register for MyNirvana?

What is required to register for MyNirvana?

Firstly, only the purchaser can register for MyNirvana. Secondly, the purchaser’s personal I/C number, valid mobile phone number and e-mail address are required for the validation process during registration.

Accessing and downloading the Statement of Account (SOA)

Customers can access and download the Statement of Account for each purchased product via MyNirvana (for detailed instructions, please click on the video link).

What can the customer do if there are any payment discrepancies?

Customers are advised to email any proof of payment (i.e. credit card statement, bank-in slip, official receipt etc.) to car_admin@nvasia.com.my for verification.
