“Thumbs up” for their professionalism.
Death leaves a heartache no one can heal. Love leaves a memory no one can steal!
Wednesday 14 July, 2021 was that fateful day when we lost our loved one – a good husband, loving father and doting grandfather!
Jessica from Nirvana 2 in her professionalism, had guided us from making a police report right up to our choice of upgrading for the casket, urn, blanket and other necessities on the first day. She had also managed to brief us on the procedures for conducting the prayers for our dear departed and disseminated the print-outs for us to follow. Although the run-down of the procedures were a bit too fast for us to digest at that moment, we had managed to seek further clarification from Jack.
Jack was the person who had attended to us for the service of the wake all this while. The provision of his service for the 3 days 2 nights wake had been more than exemplary. He was very meticulous in his chores throughout the event and his jovial disposition had indeed lifted our spirits during our moment of grief, causing some giggles at times thereby changing the grim and sombre scenario at “Topaz” parlour to a much happier note. Moreover, he had been very helpful and assisted us in every way possible. At least we had more confidence when he was around to ensure that things were going right.
The family of the late Mr Lee Kai Wa would like to give him the “thumbs up” for his professionalism.
